Morgan Fairchild (born PatsyAnn McClenny Feb. 3 50, 1950) is an acclaimed American actress. The actress gained fame in the 70s, as well as the beginning of the 80s with her continued roles in various TV shows in which she was seen as a glamorous actress. Fairchild started her acting career in 1973-77 on CBS' Search for Tomorrow the daytime soap, playing Jennifer Pace. Following her appearance in Dallas in which she portrayed Jenna Wade as the very first actress in primetime, Fairchild moved on to the NBC program Flamingo Road. For this role she was nominated for a Golden Globe Award in 1980 for Best Actress in a Television Series - Drama. She co-starred with ABC in the short-lived soap Paper Dolls from 1984 and played Jordan Roberts in Falcon Crest from 1985 to 1986. Fairchild also appeared in the stage, and also playing guest roles on TV shows like Murphy Brown and Roseanne Cybill. Fairchild was also considered for a Primetime Emmy Award in 1985 for her role in this drama. She is also a SAG-AFTRA board member. Lawson was is born at Louisville Kentucky as the daughter of a hotelier as well as a domestic worker, became obsessed by acting since a early age.
